RESERVATIONS may be made by calling Hometown Detail: (614) 392-2074. We secure appointments with a credit card. You will receive an email with appointment confirmation and instructions. CANCELLATIONS must be made a full business day prior to the appointment and only by speaking to a Hometown Detail staff member. Otherwise, there will be a 50% charge for the scheduled service. A Level 3 Snow Emergency is an exception to the "no show" fee.
Tips are welcome at Hometown Detail. Our detailers are skilled craftsman performing a luxury based service. Their goal is your complete satisfaction. If we've missed ANYTHING, please tell us right away so that we can make it right. Tip ranges are usually 10-25%.
Gift Certificates to Hometown Detail do have an expiration date noted on the certificate. If they're in our system, we'll schedule you for service. We do not offer or redeem any daily deals, i.e. Groupons, Living Social, etc. Gift Certificates can be purchased INSTANTLY HERE.
